The 11th International Conference on Railway Operations Modelling and Analysis (RailDresden 2025) was held during April 1-4, 2025, in Dresden. From the submitted research papers the top 10 Best Papers were selected by the Scientific Advisory Committee and announced in the closing ceremony. The winning papers were as follows:
